In this video, the motion of bringing arm down to side is shoulder adduction. Shoulder adduction is demonstrated starting with the arm up above the head in full abduction and ending with the arm at the side with the palm facing forward which is the anatomical position for the upper extremity as seen from a front or anterior view.
