Noun

1. A small collection of convoluted tubules situated in front of the lower part of the spermatic cord, above the head of the epididymis. (wiktionary.org)

2. A small body sometimes attached to the front of the lower part of the spermatic cord above the head of the epididymis; the remnants of tubules of the mesonephros. Its equivalent in the female is the paroophoron. (biology-online.org)
