Forearm Supination to Neutral With Resistance

In this video, the motion of moving the forearm from palm down to a neutral position is called concentric supination. Supination is demonstrated with the elbow bent to 90⁰ starting from a fully pronated position and ending in a neutral wrist position as seen from a front or anterior view.
