In this video, the motion of shoulder flexion is demonstrated with resistance from an elastic band. We are looking specifically at the glenohumeral joint starting from the arm at the side of the body and ending with the arm above the head in full flexion. This motion is happening via concentric muscle activation as seen from a front or anterior view.
